Arathi Rajagopalan

Arathi Rajagopalan co-founded Liberty Institution and holds the position of President and CEO of Liberty Institution. Arathi has been pursuing a vision to create a company that combines content, science and technology in a unique way that is predictive, valid, and linked to improved personal and business performance. Prior to joining the company, she spent many years as a member of the technical and business team in Fortune 500 companies including Gentiva Healthcare Service Inc. and Fiserv Inc.

Arathi graduated from M.S. Ramiah College (India) with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering. Arathi also holds a M.S. in Electrical (Nano Technology) and Computer Engineering from the University Of Texas, El Paso.

Mr. D. Rajagopalan

D. Rajagopalan is a Corporate Lawyer and oversees and manages all legal and company secretary aspects of Liberty Institution India and ASPAC Operations. After a stint in the law practice of King & Partridge, a leading firm of Solicitors, Rajagopalan moved to the corporate sector and held several senior positions in the Legal and Secretarial functions of various companies in India, including the Unilever group and Tektronix. He has 30 years of rich and diversified experience in legal matters of various multinational companies in India and internationally. Specializing in corporate, commercial, intellectual property, Rajagopalan has been associated with Celstream first as Vice President - Legal and Company Secretary in the initial 2 years after incorporation, and subsequently as a Legal Advisor.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Post Graduate diploma in Economics from Madras University.

Stan Bohuszewicz

Stan Bohuszewicz hold the position of Director of Strategic Alliances with Liberty Institution. He oversees all partnerships of Liberty Institution including alliances with Project Management Institute, IBM, MicroSoft, Florida Education System to name a few.

Stan Bohuszewicz is a certified Project Management Professional since 2001 and has over 15 years of experience in the project management field. His experience includes holding Senior Project Management Position with Fortune 500 companies like INTEL and Fiserv. He hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico, and was among the first 100 recipients of an Advanced Project Management Certification from the International Institution of Learning.

Before joining the project management workforce, Stan spend 8.5 years in the U.S. Navy with 3 of those years spent on a Ballistic Missle Submarine and rest spend in trainig and setting up new Nuclear Power Operators in Idaho Falls, ID.

Ms. Lesley M. Roseman

Lesley M. Roseman hold the position of Director of Sales & Operations with Liberty Institution. She oversees all sales and marketing activities including sales in US, ASPAC, EMEA and India. Previously, Lesley M. Roseman worked at WellCare®,a leading provider of managed care services dedicated to government-sponsored healthcare programs, focusing on Medicaid and Medicare sales and operations. Her previous experiences include sales support, data and business analysis management at Gentiva Healthcare Services and other medical and insurance entities. Previously she held a senior consultant position at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Ms. Roseman holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Communications/Psychology, Auburn University, Auburn, AL. She graduated with a Master of Information Technology from American Intercontinental University, Atlanta, GA. She also holds a real-estate agent license and certified HIPAA consultant.

Her professional interests are in the fields of health insurance involving Enterprise Medical Management Automation, data management, compliance and real estate management.
