Altamonte Springs, FL (Dec 1, 2011) – Liberty Institution an online and onsite training and certification company, and Across Borders Management Consulting Group (ABMCG) today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Across Borders to acquire Liberty Institution as a wholly owned subsidiary.

This enables ABMCG to add a new vertical to their IT and Management consulting practice. Both companies have approved the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions.
